A club is an organization that will be member run (either by a teacher or student, it does not matter), similar to a class in that it will have it's own sub-forum and the leader (or leaders) is obligated to maintain it (just to keep it going and keep people involved, actual forum maintenance will be left to administrators).

To start a club, first a forum member must post a new thread (either OOCly or ICly [remember to include a location]) advertising what the club is and what it will do. Next, it is up to other members to then show their interest in the club. Once enough people show interest (or a few are really dedicated to it), the administration will create a sub-forum for the members of the new forum to post threads and their own resources.

That's about it! Easy-peasy, right?
